We are sure you receive plenty of feedback whenever there are problems because of the nature of your business; so we wanted to balance those with a letter describing our experiences with Dave Williams Construction.
From the first time we had the pleasure of meeting him, they were considerate, polite and understanding of the inherent frustrations associated with moving and building.

Dave is an excellent representative of his company because he is so knowlegeable about the intracacies involved in the construction of these homes. He explained the reasoning about various issues that would arise, yet also listened and was understanding regarding our questions. This ability to mediate and communicate clearly, openly and honestly helped smooth the process of getting this place finished right.

Dave is also one of the most conscientious people we have ever met. Whether a problem he was doing or not, he took initiative to correct it, regardless of how difficult the task. And his fixes weren't just superficial corrections - he cared enough to go the extra mile and do whatever needed doing right. We really feel like we have a quality home that will stand the test of time due to his conscientiousness and caring.

Dave and Lee even clean up at the end of the day. Last time we built (and this is the third time), we were responsible to clean up everything from beer and soda cans and fast food bags to construction debris.

Dave Williams came to work every day from 8 am to 8 pm or dark, whichever came first. Dave and his crew worked none stop, Saturdays and Sundays included. They were the nicest and hardest workers I had ever seen. They were very respectable to us as home owners and our property. They never parked in the grass so that the grassy area would stay neat. My favorite part was that he and his crew picked up all garbage every night to keep the place looking neat and clean. Dave is very knowledgeable of the quality and construction of the Contempri Modular Home. He has over 20 years experience working on the Modular homes. If we had any concerns or questions about the construction of the home, Dave was ready and willing to answer them. Even if the concern wasn't something that he was there to do, Dave made sure we were happy in the end by taking care of it for us. Dave always completed his job with an outstanding quality and checked with us to be sure we were happy with that part before he moved onto the next step.  Along the way, Dave offered some great ideas that added personality to our home and was able to add them as he completed our home. His craftsmanship is absolutely excellent. I was so impressed with Dave Williams Construction, that I asked him if he was hiring or needed a business partner. I would love to work for someone that has so much respect for His customers and for His work; you would think each home he built was a home he was building for Himself to live in.  Well, here I am working for Williams Construction. Knowing that I am a part of making Home owners happy, with a finished Home by "Williams Construction", is very exciting.

We would just like to thank the people involved with getting our home from point A to point B. We know there can be some ups and downs along the way, but we appreciate you always taking our phone calls and working hard to get the home setup the way we intended. On the other end, the finishing side, Dave Williams is truly the star of your organization. As long as Dave is involved, we would have no problem recommending you to anyone interested in building a home. Dave came to the job when he said he would, came early, stayed late, Saturdays and Sundays and worked hard all day. Whatever it is you're paying Dave, it is not enough.
In closing, again thanks to you all and Dave and the rest of the crew. We are very happy to be out of the camper and into a warm house. Our friends and family seem to really like it as well. There is still much work to do, but at least we have a good start.
